REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Everything is handmade and due to the nature of my work all sales are final. If you place an order, you have agreed to purchase the piece. View any product photos carefully prior to making the purchase. 

Please read the listing information carefully and take note of the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. I am here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send me an email at jenny@jennygordongoldsmith.com with any prior questions or concerns and I will get back to you within 24 hours. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. I am only responsible for pieces purchased directly from jennygordongoldsmith.com

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Pieces will only be replaced or refunded if there is manufacturing fault or if the damage has happened prior to delivery. If a piece arrives faulty it must be returned within 14 days. Please email me to arrange this. If there is a manufacturing fault within 3 months after delivery please return your item for me to check. If I feel the damage is due to wear and tear it will not be accepted as faulty. If it is faulty and it is possible for me to repair there will be a charge after the 3 months have passed from the receipt of order.
